Frigate Telegraf Configuration

I just wanted to share a telegraf configuration that parses the /api/stats endpoint for dumping into something like InfluxDB. I am not capturing everything, but should be easy to add. I need to do a bit of cleanup (e.g., use the last_updated timestamp, tags, etc.) but it's doing what I need so far without need HASS in the middle.
