create some "placeholder" labels to stand in for future label types

Idea:
create some labels (placeholder1, placeholder2, placeholder3) which can be renamed in the future, as and when label types are added to model releases.

Reasoning:
At the moment, Frigate sometimes sees (say) badger but labels it as a dog (or sometimes cat). Currently, I submit it to F+ by saying this is not a dog but would it be feasible/useful to correct it to say this is a 'placeholder1' and then, some time in the future, rename placeholder1 to e.g. badger when that label is released in a future model?

This seems simple, from my non-programming point of view, as a UI option but I realise that there is probably some pretty impressive complexity behind the scenes which might render this suggestion as a stupid one!
