I want to add a -tag:v hvc1 tag for exported files. I have a Chinese IP camera which is working fine, but the exported mp4 files cannot be opened by QuickTime on macOS, but can be with VLC on macOS.
I googled for a bit and found that you have to set the tag hvc1 in the file so it can be opened by QuickTime.
How can this be done?
I see in the documentation that you can choose an output_args preset i.e. preset-record-generic, but I am not sure how to add this one argument -tag:v hvc1 to it, or is it even possible?

Could you please post an example that will replicate preset-record-generic but with manual args? I tried to do it (extracted arguments from source code) but no luck - ffmpeg crashes.
