Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

To the extent of my testings, it seems that Bookworm is not extracting the html alt attribute of images from pub or pdf files. Please correct me if I missed something.

Describe the solution you'd like

A function to deal with image captions for well crafted documents (the ones already providing descriptions for images).

Describe alternatives you've considered

Piping output from XML parsers to TTS systems, replacing images with their alt attribute if present or "image" in it's absence

Additional context

People asked peers to take a look at bookworm's source code to find out why alternative texts from images are not being processed. I did some tests with the documents I could get or craft and I support their claim. I'm willing to contribute in an effort to provide image description features.

@iuriguilherme This feature would be awesome if implemented. I also have a few documents that contain alt text for images, but I didn't pay attention to that. Now I will open them with Bookworm to test.
