Chinese documents in .doc and .rtf formats are garbled after opening. #207

@cary-rowen can you test with the latest version of pandoc? Just replace the one in Bookworm's config with the latest version? |

If it can be reproduced with Pandoc directly, then we can open an issue against pandoc itself |
@cary-rowen I use utf-8 encoding to decode pandoc output. Does Chinese use another encoding? |
Describe the Problem
Pandoc has been installed Garbled characters appear when opening .doc and .rtf Chinese documents.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior
Can display document content as in ms word.
If the problem is related to a file, indicate the file you have opened
