No it's not. I would like to know if it a mac verison has ever been attemped and whether there is any interest?
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like bookworm to work on macOS, ideally with support for Apple's Vision libraries for OCR and, if not possible, with Tesseract or any other engine. I am willing to help.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I use OCR on Windows right now, and right now I just use other apps to read, but having Bookworm on the mac would be really useful to read other types of books or publications.
Additional context
Apple silicon mac.

Hello.
Not to my knowledge.
Honestly I have no experience with mac and I don't know how wxpython behaves on it, but the code itself used to be mostly agnostic as far as the core functionality goes.
Perhaps @mush42 has more insight.
