Order of operations prevents building Go module

If you reference a yet to be generated SQL verb e.g.

func SavePrice(ctx context.Context, price Price, client InsertPriceClient) error {

but have not yet added this to the queries.sql file

-- name: InsertPrice :exec
INSERT INTO prices (code, price, timestamp, currency) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?);

The error is unrecoverable until you remove the InsertPriceClient reference. Adding the static query to queries.sql does not resolve the build.
