Feature Request - easy way to retry a prompt that failed due to errors #1520

When goose has a transient error (i.e. networking issue), it is frustrating to have to manually copy the previous prompt.

ChatGPT has a good solution to this, which is to show a "Retry" button on these errors.

I have verified this does not duplicate an existing feature request
