Describe the bug
When clicking a deeplink when Goose is closed, the app will open but it does not take you to the Add Extension dialog option.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Ensure the Goose App is exited.
  2. Click on a deeplink from https://block.github.io/goose/v1/extensions/
  3. See Goose start up, but no extension dialog pops up (and in my case two goose (geese?) sessions opened)

Expected behavior
I would expect the app to open, and navigate to the Add Extension page.
