Describe the bug

MCP tools do not show output

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Use a custom tool from an MCP
You'll see the tool input and name
No output

Expected behavior
I would like to see tool output

huh, I see very verbose output in cli! so opposite problem!
