Describe the bug

Goose session conversation clears if you go to the settings page to do some changes and come bacl

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Type something say hi
Press the 3 dots to go to settings
Press back
The hi msg and the goose response would have been disappeared

Expected behavior
Conversation history should have been presevered

OS & Arch: Mac m1
Interface: UI
Version: v1.0.12
Extensions enabled: [e.g. Computer Controller, Dev, snowflake, slack]
Provider & Model: Block specific
