Blokada is not updating the view when switching or adding a filter list in the app

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Blokada with a filter list, e.g. (AdAway + 1Host Lite, OISD, etc.)
2. Go to “Advanced”
3. Tab on the icon of a filter list category (e.g. 1Host, OISD, AdAway, etc.)
4. Under “Configurations” enable or disable one or multiple filter lists
5. (The loading animation starts rotating)

Expected behavior

The icon of the enabled or disabled filter list(s) toggles its color from gray to orange (or from orange to gray). The Text toggles from light to bold (or from bold to light.)

Actual behavior

The icon does not toggle its color. The text does not toggle from bold to light (or from light to bold). After switching back to “Advanced” and clicking on the same filter list again, the view is updated.
