Test revm-optimism

Need to sync to check if all is fine, or if we missed something.

First step would be to write few dummy tests. It is reported here #1839 that current main is not working as expected

It is not closed, PR that was merged is testing only parts of revm-optimism.

Test that I had in mind are.

• Run simple tx on some op Spec and on eth Spec
• Run deposit tx (op tx) on op Spec and on eth Spec.
• Run one of inspector's with op evm.
