Describe the Feature

Loving bluesky! Wouldn't it be great if text and media were marked "96% Ai Generated" by the app. It could be crowd sourced too if the first app to see/share it, did the detecting and reported it back to there server. And yes, some clients won't play nice, but if the bsky client checked posts/comments/media that weren't labeled "Ai Detected" too, everything would get checked eventually. In this way, posters will be encouraged to be authentic and consumers will know the difference.

Attachments

For example, fb, linkedin, etc. are full of ai generated profile pics. It's not professional. It's deceitful and will ultimately hurt the author anyway.

btw, I'm a developer and will be working on this anyway when I have time, but would love to collaborate since our time is limited. See https://hire.chadsteele.com

A labeler could be set up to do this, and because atproto is open anyone can go right ahead and set it up themselves :)

Also fwiw there's already a labeler for AI imagery that you might be interested to have a look at: https://bsky.app/profile/aimod.social
