Update to the new color of the menus in Edge

Edge in the latest versions updated the color of the menus, now it is darker, looks very good.

This darker colour seems to only appear when using the acrylic menu backgrounds. Since Firefox does not support this, the theme only replicates the appearance of Edge with transparency effects disabled. With those effects disabled, it appears the same as Edge-Frfox:

If Microsoft adds this to the stable version then I will probably add it, with it being in the Canary version this change may not make it to the stable version.
