@scizo will you explain better your ideas here or in some other design document? IIRC the main benefits of having a centralized repo people could point to would be:

  • lower cost of setting it up
  • centralize permissions to avoid accidents

Would people be able to create ad-hoc repos in this approach that they could easily tear down and recreate?
