Very good blog post regarding line width, layer height, and print speed.
Would like to dynamically adjust print speed, max feed rate, based on the volumetric limits for the material and nozzle size.

Note for myself. This settings can be modified in the material file using
<cura:setting key="material_max_mm3_per_sec">8.0</cura:setting>
