Child PR of #273: add unqualified node support for PREV and NEXT. Includes the following:

  • A new QDAG node for Prev that treats the context it is finding the previous record from as the "ancestor"
  • Adds qualification support for turning UnqualifiedPrev into this new node
  • Adds a new PrevInfo class for the TestInfo-based unit tests
  • Adds QDAG TestInfo-based tests, and qualification tests; the rest of the pipeline (hybrid & onward) will be a followup
