Distinguish "restart" and "reset" ? #23

Restart destroys the universe and requires a new model to be build. Reset would only reset the seed, but the model would stay valid ? (Think of the terminology better). In many cases, when replicability needs to be achieved with the same model, reset (with an optional setable state ? That we can read / save too ?)) would probably be good enough.
