I'm not sure what the issue is. I tried to run the new version and it failed as it wanted to convert the notebook format to v4, which I didn't have. So I updated my iPython install and tried again, and now I get:

/Users/gram/anaconda/lib/python2.7/site-packages/nose/plugins/manager.py:395: RuntimeWarning: Unable to load plugin nosebook = nosebook:Nosebook: cannot import name v1

Thanks for the report. I'll look into anything that might arise from
conda.... Haven't used it before.

How did you install it, if i might ask?

Sorry for the slow reply. Do you mean how did I install Anaconda? Just from
Continuum Analytics' site.

I am using a slightly older version (2.1.0) as we don't want to change to
Jupyter yet; older versions are available here:

Ah was testing with 2.4 or so. Will look into it, the API may have changed
in the 2.x line.

I'm probably stuck with having the nb format version be 3, not 4, and that
has its own issues so don't worry too much about it. If I get some
breathing room I'll take a look at making that work. Thanks for all your
work so far; if I can't use this right now I'm sure I will in the future;
it is great.
