Scale inputs to 125.38 GeV #62

Find a smart way to scale up all the inputs (acc, eff, finout) from 125 to 125.38 GeV. From the Run-II AN it looks like we had a ~ 4% increase in the acceptance and efficiency moving from 125 to 125.30 GeV, so:

  • Add a *1.04 factor to the dictionaries saved by RunCoefficients.py
  • Determine whether we want to have an additional uncertainty on this rescaling
