[FEATURE] Discord SRV Channel support

What is the feature request for?

Howdy,
Would love to be able to have the 'team chat' in discord channels for those who are offline to keep up with activity / engage. Could this be a possibility?
Specifically with the use of the DiscordSRV Plugin which is used by thousands.

Feature requests are not going to be implemented by booksaw, instead you will have to find another developer to make a pull request to implement the feature.

I second this, I've been wanting this for ages and DiscordSRV's API should already make connecting team chats with separate Discord channels possible.

Also it'd be so so so useful if roles could automatically be assigned to the team members (through DiscordSRV's linked Minecraft & Discord accounts system) and channels could be automatically created for the team role's private access, but that's probably more of a DiscordSRV thing than a BetterTeams thing. :(
