Script for instance migration (books and reviews)

Hello BW community.

This week, we have created a new instance of BW in Spanish (https://lectura.social/). As we were all scattered in other instances, we wanted to migrate to the new one without losing the books read, ratings and reviews.

At the moment there is no way to migrate from instance to instance, and we could not import the csv file generated by BW. Therefore, I wrote this script to change the structure of the csv file and import it into the new instance using the goodreads option.
