When editing a note and adding a blockquote, the server displays an error message #3499

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. I go to a book list that I can edit.
  2. I edit a note.
  3. I add a
    tag that has a
    tag at the end.
  4. I select Save.
  5. The error message 'Server Error: Something went wrong! Sorry about that.' comes into view.

Expected behavior
I expect the list to save.

P.s. Swapping the <blockquote> and </blockquote> tags for quotation marks allows the note to successfully be saved.
