Support the new Big Picture

This does work with the new Big Picture mode that is in Beta on Windows.

A preliminary search leads me to believe the new big picture mode uses images with the patterns (on linux):

• for the cover:
  • most games: ~/.local/share/Steam/appcache/librarycache/<app_id>_library_600x900.jpg (300x450)
  • featured game (wider aspect ratio): ~/.local/share/Steam/appcache/librarycache/<app_id>_header.jpg (460x215)
• for the banner:
  • game page banner: ~/.local/share/Steam/appcache/librarycache/<app_id>_library_hero.jpg (1920x620)
  • blurry background: ~/.local/share/Steam/appcache/librarycache/<app_id>_library_hero_blur.jpg (192x62)
• unkown usage:
  • ~/.local/share/Steam/appcache/librarycache/<app_id>_logo.png (640x360)
  • ~/.local/share/Steam/appcache/librarycache/<app_id>_icon.jpg (32x32)

Notably, the so called "600x900" images all seem to actually have a resolution of 300x450.

This tool does work out of the box for me on my steam deck and my new manjaro install(main pc, i did not test it inside big picture here but the grid view on that did show the pictures).

I see all the pictures inside the new big picture mode on the steam deck at least.

Just wanted to say that, idk if there really is a problem :)
