Url base Page

Description

The base borgia-app url show a random common page by web provider (currently) OVH :
http://borgia-app.com
Moreover, there is no SSL certificate.

Proposition

Show a base index.html page showing some features of Borgia and why note links to Siber's, P3 and other Borgia servers.
