Use of the boolean value instead of hardcoded bool

Is it intentional to use == true instead of use the boolean value itself?

When I see the source code, I find 7 implementation that check boolean value against true

Is that intentional? Because it seems not idiomatic to how programmers using a boolean.

The value of PlutoRow.checked can be true, false, or null. This is equivalent to the checkbox's tristate property.
Because checked is a bool? and not a bool is.
