Lz4 does not close properly #57

I am using a buffer writer with Lz4 like so:

BufWriter::new(Box::new(lz4::EncoderBuilder::new().build(File::create(output)?)?

Yet this doesn't close properly, as the last chunk of output is not written, even if I call flush manually.
