For very long clips, it is difficult to set the start and end positions precisely.

Minimum fix: Add context menu items "Set start frame" and "Set end frame" as seen in BI's local console.

Bonus points: Increase drag precision exponentially when cursor is more vertically distant from the scrub bar.
