I would like to be able to filter no signal events in the clips view the same way I can filter flagged events, person alerts, etc. That would help me diagnose and track issues with certain cameras and their connectivity faster

According to Blue Iris's API documentation, it does not provide a database view for "no signal" events. You'd have to ask Blue Iris support for that. I can only add it to UI3 after the capability exists in Blue Iris.
