@LuisDomiciano and @fernandoadms: I opened the repository for this API:
https://github.com/fdaciuk/api-loterias

You can run locally for now, until I can upload in another service.

Just clone the repository, install the dependencies (yarn or npm install) and run the dev command (yarn dev or npm run dev) =)
