My Hit Catcher is only showing some requester's names, the other are listed as n/a. #327

My hit catcher Is only showing some of the names of requesters, everything else is shown with n/a making it impossible to keep track of what hits I've done by requester name. I'm not a tech guy so I have no idea what's going on.
