Determine credibility of user's likeliness to repay short-term loans with use of machine-learning algorithms and represent the data with visual graphs.
Run npm install in the directory: app/static/js.
Run npm run webpack to compile our JavaScript modules.
Start the server with sh build.sh, running alongside webpack.
server.py.bak exists as a backup file in case of error
