The current Linux/Android platform section in the README is a single page, which can be confusing for users. It would be beneficial to separate the instructions for Linux and Android into distinct sections for better readability and understanding. At the minimum, the reasoning for combining Linux and Android into one page should be clearly explained on the README and the Linux/Android page. Currently, this is not explained anywhere.

Steps to reproduce:
Go to the Brave browser repository README.
Scroll to the "Install prerequisites" section.
Observe that Linux/Android instructions are combined into one section.
