I noticed that thrust is built in py 2.7 but the pythrust only supports py 3, which is , er, interesting.

Any plan for pythrust to support py 2.7? I personally think that nowadays still many people insist on py 2.7.

Since it relies on asyncio from py 3, maybe it is possible to port the package to py 2 with the help from trollius, a "replacement" of asyncio on py 2?

I'm very new to Python (started on Tuesday) so I went with what I could find as I wanted basic support for Python before releasing thrust. Anybody willing to port the package to python2 is more than welcome. There's quite a lot of Apis to add as well!
