Create positive/negative sanity checks for pipeline

• Create example/sanity check folder that allows for someone to see how pipeline works
• Select positive sanity check video: short test video with faces/hands in (every) frame.
• Select negative sanity check video: short test video with NO faces/hands in (every) frame.
• Link to scripts in to execute necessary preprocessing steps
• Create json --> numpy --> bbs / detections csvs for each case
• Output sanity checks in jupyter notebook; visualize OP keypoints and bounding boxes

This is kind of a minor point- I've been able to find a good "positive" sanity check video from the openpose repo (https://github.com/CMU-Perceptual-Computing-Lab/openpose/blob/master/examples/media/video.avi), but I'm not sure what to choose for a "negative" sanity check video. Should it just be something random or...
