Navbar shifts to the right on pages

When accessing the website in full screen, the navbar shifts slightly to the right when moving from the home page to the services, products, or sign-up page. I have tried playing around with navbar.css with no luck, has anyone else been able solve this issue?

Since the home page has a scroll bar and the other pages don't, switching pages causes the scroll bar to disappear and shift the navbar. The best solution would probably be to add more content on each of the other pages to make them scrollable, so that the scroll bar doesn't disappear and cause the shift.

is there a different solution for this issue? I have pages that don't need scrolling and i'd like to keep them this way.
