[feature request] Show notifications from the phone

This could mean ANCS support on the firmware for iOS.

This would mean something listening for notifications on Android.
Some way to support this on both Android and iOS would be implementing some service compatible with ANCS on Android.
This way, Apple-compatible devices would also work for Android, and Frame could become an Apple-compatible device like a smartwatch for receiving notifications.
