Docker Api Endpoint for Gateway returns "result": "No register data cache exists, try again later"

I have an AIO and a Gateway with givtcp v3.0.3 running in docker. The api end points for the AIO on 6345 all work as expected but the Gateway on 6346 returns "result": "No register data cache exists, try again later". from /getCache, readdata endpoints. The /api does return ok.
Im sure this did return ok (with data) at some point as i was diagnosing issues with the WebDashboard not working with AIO and Gateway.
