slash command wish list

i would like some slash commands for:

toggle visability of a actionbar with parameter actionbarID
seperate show / hide with actionbarID
toggle a custom state with actionbarID

one reason for those wishes is: i use farmhud and i have an actionbar configured to track my materials , thats behind my minimap - so if i toggle farmhud i would like to toggle this actionbar too
or i could fill the petsupply in an actionbar and show it simultanioulsy with rematch, etc..
