Outlaw Rogue - Bar State with Sepsis (Night Fae ability)

When Sepsis expires on the target you get the use of 1 stealth ability. When that effect procs, the main bar does change states, but to a blank bar. It does not go to the Stealth bar, which I have abilities on, just to a blank bar.

Also does the same thing with Vanish where it goes to a blank bar.
