Feature Request: Add case insensitive search when filtering links with numericHints

I think it would be great to add the ability to ignore case when filtering links so you don't have to constantly hit the shift key.

hit ;e to get to settings, then add this line:

settings.caseSensitive = false

Hit Save, start a new browser window and you get case insensitive search.
