There does not seem to be a way to disable Plugin updates aside from unhecking "Notify of plugin updates at startup" from the Plugin Manager. Does this implies that update check won't occur? Steps to Reproduce the Issue
Expected Behavior
Disable Plugin Manager from checking for updates.
Actual Behavior
Plugin Manager is currently checking for updates.
