the resident schedule implementation only allows not/available options, vs. the current site which allows more options (I believe there's available, inconvenient, not available). the latter seems pretty necessary to me but maybe the designers thought this would be best.

to go to the three-way system would introduce changes to both scheduling and workshift assignment processes.

thoughts?
