You should be able to play/pause music, skip to the next song, raise/lower the volume, etc. with the Fn key and F1-F12 keys.

Volume Control (Up/Down/Mute)
Media controls (Prev/Play/Next)
Screen brightness control?

I have the volume control done, but not music playback controls yet.
