I assume you're referring to https://facebook.github.io/yoga/docs/api/c/#children i.e. YGNodeGetChild and YGNodeRemoveChild?

But if YGNodeGetChild and YGNodeRemoveChild are also missing then we'll need to add those too. Right now I'm working my way slowly down their list of tests and rewriting them in Rust. I've already picked up quite a few places where I was missing functions in the API.
