네이버 클라우드 비사이드 무료 크레딧 소진에 따른 서버 이전

사용자가 많지 않아서 무료 서버로 충분해보임
AWS 프리 티어 사용량을 정리해봐야 함.

오브젝트스토리지의 경우 어차피 돈 내야하므로,
그냥 네이버 클라우드 사용하는 것으로 결정.
