It seems that changing the body, even when there is a Content-Digest: in the signed headers, does not invalidate the signature.

I create an input including a GET method ( GET /9421.html HTTP/1.1 ) but when generating the signature base, I get: @path : /9421.html @query : ? @method : HEAD HEAD instead of GET?

This is a great example of a mistake that might occur when you construct a signature. The content-type and content-length are covered, but not the content.
