Redirect Repository to new home

Yeah... that would have been a good idea, but unfortunately I didn't think of that when I set up rr/rr. The thing I am concerned about now is, if I replace rr/rr with a redirect, I think I'll lose all of the issues and pull requests there. So I might be out of luck now, but I can look into this anyway.
