The README needs to be updated/rewritten to reference:

Running with the emulator
Running on the FPGA
Bare metal testing
Inclusion of the TensorFlow shim

All tests should be referenced using an MNIST example.

Possibly recreating a Proxy Kernel test so that this is more accessible.
